📋 Description

• Support an active programme of Microsoft 365 projects • Build and configure SharePoint Lists and Libraries • Configure SharePoint sites, views, columns, and permissions • Use JSON to customise SharePoint Lists and Libraries • Modify existing SharePoint solutions • Troubleshoot SharePoint configuration and functionality issues • Assist with developing and improving SharePoint-based solutions • Build and maintain Power Automate flows • Automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate • Work with triggers, actions, conditions, and approvals • Troubleshoot failed or incorrectly configured flows • Test workflows and make improvements • Document workflow logic and processes • Assist with developing simple Power Apps • Modify and maintain existing applications • Connect applications to SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services • Troubleshoot basic Power Apps issues • Develop knowledge of the wider Power Platform • Understand requirements and identify appropriate solutions • Complete builds or configurations, test work, demonstrate completed work to the project lead, and implement feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with most of: SharePoint Online; SharePoint Lists and Libraries; SharePoint JSON; Power Automate; Basic Power Apps; SharePoint configuration; SharePoint troubleshooting; Microsoft 365 • Solid grounding in SharePoint and the Power Platform • Good technical foundation and ability to demonstrate work with the listed technologies • Ability to discuss a previously built Power Automate Flow, including its purpose, trigger, actions and logic, conditions or approvals, error handling, connected systems, and rationale • Comfortable researching unfamiliar problems, testing different approaches, and developing sensible solutions • Comfortable working independently without step-by-step instructions • Curious and willing to learn • Good problem-solving ability • Well organised • Reliable and accountable • Comfortable receiving feedback • Able to explain work clearly • Interested in developing technical skills • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) • Ability to work Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
