📋 Description

• Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, and trigger links • Set up, test, and debug SMS/email automation sequences, funnel pages, calendar booking links, and Twilio/Mailgun configurations • Integrate Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms • Troubleshoot technical issues and workflow bugs • Maintain ClickUp project boards, build SOP templates, and track deliverables for spa launches and client onboarding • Ensure adherence to internal checklists before launching ad campaigns or CRM systems • Identify potential roadblocks early and provide leadership with solutions • Create digital assets in Canva or Adobe Photoshop, including social graphics, ad templates, and banner layouts • Perform basic video editing for short-form video ads and testimonial content • Use ChatGPT and Claude to write and refine ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and landing page content • Assist media buyers with uploading ad creative, setting up campaigns, and checking Meta pixel integrations • Guide new MedSpa clients through domain verification, CRM connections, and platform access • Troubleshoot client-facing software issues without handling account retention or high-level strategic management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to receive payments via Wise; Wise must support local bank transfers in the candidate’s country of residence/bank location • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, sub-accounts, trigger setup, and troubleshooting • Proficiency in ClickUp, including task management, view setup, and process tracking • Familiarity with Stripe, including product creation, payment links, and billing integration • Fundamental graphic creation skills using Canva or Photoshop • Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar • Experience using AI copywriting tools to generate functional marketing copy • Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager structure • High integrity and transparency • Proactive problem-solving and self-directed work style • Thorough, detail-oriented approach to checklists, systems, and SOPs • Direct Medical Spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness experience (nice to have) • Exposure to media buying and paid advertising structures (nice to have) • Experience creating complex GHL custom snapshots (nice to have)
