📋 Description

• Own complex, multi-person projects from concept to production, defining scope and timelines while being fully accountable for outcomes • Mentor engineers across teams, coach them through complex problems, and raise overall team capability • Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways. • Lead discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives. • Act as a subject matter expert while enabling others to contribute effectively • Develop production-grade software that complies with HIPAA and healthcare security standards at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives at a major tech company or high-growth startup • Established track record of building efficient, maintainable systems, with work that handles interactions across multiple teams • Experience independently leading large cross-team projects, defining scope and timelines, and being accountable for delivery outcomes • Willingness to wear multiple hats—from design and development to testing and occasional support. Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failure in a fast-paced environment.
