📋 Description
• Collaborating with business stakeholders on priorities and requirements for new capabilities • Lead cross-product work intake process • Oversee the cross-product epic grooming process • Manage successful outcomes of the Agile teams • Maintain product area backlog of requests at the epic level and prioritize cross-product initiatives • Facilitate quarterly PI planning and budgeting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar • 10+ years of progressive work experience • 5+ years’ experience in a product management role • 4+ years of experience working with technology platforms, integrations and APIs • Experience in service repairs or manufacturing is desired • Experience working as a program / project management role • Experience using AI tools for business: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
