🎯 Requirements
• Hochschulabschluss • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Veränderungsprojekten • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Change Manager • Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse im Change Management (z.B. Kotter, ADKAR) • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams • Sichere Kommunikation auf Management-Ebene • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Reisebereitschaft
