📋 Description

• You will actively advise our clients on the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes with the goal of identifying optimization potential and advancing, improving, and digitizing processes. • You will analyze and evaluate client processes and their specific requirements to develop tailored concepts. • You will act as an expert on ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) for our clients. • You will apply your knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business intelligence, and AI technologies to optimize our clients' processes. • Depending on the project, you will support or lead the implementation process for your area of responsibility and be responsible for customer-specific customizations. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. • You will support the sales team during the sales process to achieve shared success.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics, or a related field. • At least three years of professional experience with any ERP systems. • Project management knowledge, ideally PRINCE2 or IT service management according to ITIL v4. • A strong interest in vendor-neutral consulting and a passion for helping companies digitize their processes. • Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions. • Very good German and good English language skills. • Willingness to work on-site at customer locations across Germany on a temporary basis.
