📋 Description

• Provide operational support to Customer & Partner Success through data-driven reporting on customer health and product usage • Create, analyze, fulfill, and distribute standardized, bespoke, contractual, and ad hoc customer usage reports • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking customer health, product adoption, feature usage, and engagement • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to define and operationalize KPIs and health-score metrics • Aggregate and analyze internal and external usage data to identify adoption trends, at-risk accounts, expansion opportunities, and whitespace • Prepare customer-facing reporting packages such as QBR/EBR decks, usage summaries, and scorecards • Maintain knowledge of platforms and services to ensure reporting reflects actual usage and configuration • Own accuracy, documentation, and governance of customer and usage data in Salesforce and other internal systems • Support bulk data uploads, data cleanup, and customer-record maintenance • Triage inbound reporting and data requests from Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams • Provide monthly updates on reporting goals, KPIs, and project status • Attend industry events as needed • Perform other assigned work-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Mexico; applications from outside Mexico will not be reviewed • 3+ years of experience in data/reporting analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role • Experience ideally supporting Customer Success or Account Management • Ability to translate raw usage and account data into clear, decision-ready insights • Strong organizational skills and ability to build clear, repeatable reporting processes • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data to non-technical audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Proficiency in internet navigation and online meeting software such as WebEx and Zoom • Ability to navigate difficult conversations around data and account health • Ability to manage multiple priorities and self-organize • Critical thinking and independent problem-solving ability, including knowing when to escalate • Strong prioritization, follow-through, attention to detail, and accuracy • BA/BS degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or experience • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or customer/partner support • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Preferred: Knowledge or experience in HCM industries
