📋 Description

• Mitratech Mexico builds products simplifying Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR operations. • Join global team working on TAP enterprise workflow automation product. • Develop, maintain, test and deploy .NET web applications across distributed teams in US, Mexico, UK and India. • Work closely with Support, Services, Product Management and Customer Success. • Maintain and improve .Net web applications (enhancements, defects, updates, performance). • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful enhancement and maintenance of the product. • Document software changes and reasoning. • Participate in code refactoring to improve maintainability. • Create and maintain unit and regression tests. • Perform peer code reviews. • Identify and address security vulnerabilities and follow security best practices. • Collaborate with clients for troubleshooting and communication on software issues. • Deliver high quality software with low defect rate. • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in software development with .Net based web applications. • Hands-on experience with combination of the following: C#, LINQ, .NET Framework, (ASP.NET, MVC 5) • UI development – JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, BootStrap • Entity Framework or a similar ORM • Azure SQL Server • Web Services, REST API • Exposure to Automated Testing: NUnit or xUnit, Moq • Experience working with troubleshooting of production code • Experience doing application performance analysis and code quality tools • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio or a similar IDE • Experience with Agile development methodologies (scrum) • Strong interpersonal skills; self-reliant and a motivated self-starter • Ability to reason logically and provide quick solutions • Desired: Experience developing or maintaining automation testing software (SpecFlow or similar) • Desired: Experience/familiarity with CI/CD pipelines • Desired: Experience with Authentication and Security Protocols (OAuth, SAML) • Desired: NoSQL databases (MongoDB, SQL Server and experience writing complex SQL queries) • Desired: Experience in developing web application that adheres to OWASP security standards • Desired: Exposure to use AI-related tools to assist in development (e.g. Github Copilot)
