📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all framework-related queries • Foster strong relationships with the client and collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager • Build and maintain stakeholder maps and zipper plans • Ensure compliance with bid and project governance frameworks • Manage and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and key KPIs • Oversee full framework lifecycle: award ➝ execution ➝ performance ➝ renewal/termination • Support day-to-day operations across projects and bids • Help align project delivery with up-to-date client intelligence and strategy • Work with operations to deliver a framework plan that maximizes value for Assystem • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies • Support in resolving disputes and enforcing contractual rights • Contribute to the development of contract management tools and templates • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Nuclear Submarine operations • Proven experience in framework or large-scale contract management • Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities • Able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and confidence • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
