âą Manage Infrastructure Design Substantiation documents âą Handle design changes/concessions âą Present Design substantiations to safety committees âą Develop EIMT Schedule, procedures, and results âą Produce Periodic Review of Safety reports âą Advise internal and external stakeholders âą Conduct Independent Technical Review âą Apply engineering knowledge to nuclear/high-risk environments âą Justify civil/structural design modifications âą Review reports and safety submissions âą Check and review calculations and technical documents
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience in the design assessment of electrical installations in a HV or LV environment âą Theoretical and practical skills across concept, detailed design, and construction stages for electrical engineering projects âą Experience in assessing electrical plant and equipment for hazards âą Authoring technical justifications for electrical design modifications in high hazard industries âą Experience in multi-discipline projects providing electrical engineering input âą Experienced in regulated environments âą Familiarity with safety case development techniques like HAZID/HAZOP studies âą Worked in the UK nuclear industry (energy or defense), especially in safety-related structures, systems, and components.
