📋 Description

• Management and coordination of client-assigned MOA and/or MOEG studies: scheduling, costs, risks… • Initiation and contracting of projects, structuring, and leading discipline-specific meetings • Preparation of project documents (PMP, project organization notes…) • Interface management • Operational reporting • Consolidation of studies and preparation of synthesis reports • Lessons learned and archiving of project files • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, adapting and anticipating their communication needs • Facilitation of meetings and preparation of minutes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or University Master (e.g., Project Management) • At least 3 years of professional experience after the Master’s degree • Experience in the rail sector in coordination, planning, assistant project manager or project engineer roles • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
