📋 Description

• Lead technical projects by managing engineering interfaces and ensuring cohesive design integration • Refine architectural frameworks and handle requirements management • Support early-stage activities including optioneering and design concept development • Coordinate creation of artefacts: operations concepts, functional/system architectures, requirement and compliance statements, V&V planning • Conduct optioneering assessments and design risk assessments (safety and CDM) • Support integrated technical management: navigate technical/project risks, refine design configurations, develop breakdown structures • Respond to technical queries and liaise with all disciplines to achieve unified design coordination • Apply and elevate systems engineering best practices and propose MBSE approaches • Report progress on deliverables and provide resource level recommendations to the Project Lead Engineer (Systems and Integration)

🎯 Requirements

• Coordinate the creation of operations concepts, functional and system architectures, requirement and compliance statements, and verification and validation planning • Conduct optioneering assessments and design risk assessments (safety and CDM) • Support integrated technical management by navigating technical and project risks, refining design configurations, and developing breakdown structures • Respond promptly to technical queries and provide clarity and swift resolution • Liaise with all disciplines to achieve unified design coordination • Apply systems engineering best practices and develop Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches • Experience managing engineering interfaces and refining architectural frameworks • Must meet UK security clearance criteria
