📋 Description

• Operational responsibility for brand strategy and brand management (with a focus on efficiency) • License management & partner communication (core focus: Bugatti) • Brand development & agility (core focus: TT.BAGATT) • Campaigns & content: Conceptualize and manage 360° campaigns for both brands — from ideation to execution • Internal and external collaboration: Close cooperation with internal teams (Creative, Product Management, E‑Commerce) and external agencies • Content management: Targeted planning and distribution of content, ensuring high-quality, audience-relevant material across all channels — from website and social media to print.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • Professional experience: At least 7 years of experience in strategic brand management, ideally with licensed brands as well as in-house brands in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods • Strong communication skills: Excellent stakeholder management. You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English and can translate diverse interests — particularly those of licensors — into strong results • Efficiency mindset: A talent for optimizing processes, making effective use of budgets, and identifying/leveraging synergies between brands and initiatives • Strategy & execution: Deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior and trends, combined with strong implementation skills and a willingness to work hands-on • Media & tool expertise: Strong knowledge of digital media, performance marketing and social media. Experience with marketing analytics tools, CMS and DAM systems • Personal attributes: Structured, creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths • Willingness to travel: Business trips within Germany, to Romania, and possibly to licensees and partners.
