📋 Description

• Support organizational decision-making through complex analysis, reporting, research, and effective use of data from information systems • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets • Resolve complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL, dashboards, and Google spreadsheets • Collaborate across the organization to understand data visualization needs related to customer feedback • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge • Work with client stakeholders to improve, automate, and align data with current client processes • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data elements • Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools • Consult with users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues • Develop methodologies for the Business Intelligence team using various software applications and data sources • Develop tools and system enhancements; troubleshoot and solve data issues • Identify, document, and initiate resolutions to data quality issues • Lead and mentor team members • Develop internal best practices • Provide critical data for key decision-making • Monitor industry trends and recommend best practices and KPIs • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven track record of analyzing data and using analysis to drive key insights and recommendations • Ability to work with large data sets across multiple systems • Strong presentation skills and ability to crisply visualize and present data and insights • Strong development skills in SQL, PL-SQL, and TSQL • Strong report writing skills • Strong query skills • Experience with Tableau, Hadoop, BigQuery system management, SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI • Python knowledge • Advanced Microsoft Office/G-suite knowledge • Ability to read and create technical documentation • High critical thinking and reasoning skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to initiate, lead, and evaluate implementations of functional programs across major business areas • Ability to participate as a specialized knowledge resource in established processes • Ability to perform more complex general activities • Ability to perform office-related tasks, move within an office environment, use a computer, and communicate effectively
