📋 Description

• Plan and manage projects for the VISIT software solution • Provide expert support and advice to customers and service partners • Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets • Technically adapt and customize the software to meet individual customer requirements • Ensure seamless implementation in accordance with technical specifications • Train customer administrators and users • Act as a liaison between Development and Sales • Support pre-sales and after-sales activities through presentations and trade show participation • Manage an assigned customer portfolio beyond the project lifecycle • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and conduct regular reviews • Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, and help customers make the best possible use of VISIT

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems or technical training, such as IT specialist training; career changers from an IT background are also welcome • Solid practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs • Strong understanding of technical interdependencies and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly • Experience in project management, software implementation, software support, or consulting • IPMA certification is an advantage • Team-oriented, structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work • Excellent German and English language skills
