📋 Description

• Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support to existing clients. • Performing quality checks for product releases and updates. • Conducting routine health checks on client systems. • Documenting client solution workflows. • Logging and escalating support issues to the development team. • Automating monitoring and support tasks using scripting languages (C#, Python, VBScript, SQL). • Coordinating software releases with project stakeholders and clients. • Deploying software updates across internal staging and production environments. • Designing and maintaining automated deployment strategies. • Administering cloud services to support development activities. • Managing Windows Server failover clusters. • Implementing and maintaining application monitoring solutions. • Handling SQL Server deployment, maintenance, and database migration strategies. • Contributing to technical documentation and process improvement. • Participating in testing and quality assurance initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science • 3+ years experience in a similar role • Experience with 2 out of 3: cloud solutions, continuous integration tools, writing PowerShell/Bash scripts • Experience with some of the tools we use: AWS, Team City, MsSQL, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, GitKraken, Windows Server, Failover Clusters • A good knowledge of SQL and at least one DBMS. • Have previously deployed, managed or custom-built application monitoring solutions/dashboards.
