📋 Description

• Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in our services • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems • Consistently achieve outreach and meeting targets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, and prospecting • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Experience selling staffing, recruiting, technology, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
