⢠Prospect, develop, and close new freight opportunities across multiple modes ⢠Build and manage long-term customer relationships ⢠Generate and grow a book of business through outbound efforts and referrals ⢠Sell solutions across air, ocean, domestic truckload, LTL, and temperature-controlled freight ⢠Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure successful execution ⢠Maintain pipeline discipline and consistent revenue generation ⢠Provide visibility and updates to customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
⢠Experience in freight sales within 3PL, brokerage, or NVOCC environments ⢠Existing book of business preferred or strong ability to build one ⢠Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics solutions ⢠Ability to operate independently in a commission-based structure ⢠Proven prospecting and relationship-building capability ⢠Strong communication and negotiation skills
