• Proven track record leading sales within rapidly scaling healthcare or diagnostic companies, ideally from startup to growth phases. • Extensive experience selling diagnostic or healthcare products directly to physicians and health systems under reimbursement-based business models. • Demonstrable success in building, training, and managing high-performing sales teams. • You have to be AI-native: passionate about recent AI developments, ready to build an AI-first sales playbook, and able to effectively engage clinical stakeholders communicating the value of AI products. • Unrelenting drive – you should thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment without bureaucratic constraints. • Player-coach mentality – you should be a leader who actively sells before scaling the team.
