📋 Description
• Identify mature and growing software companies across EMEA region • Support deal origination working with Sr. Manager / Sr. Associate / Associate (EMEA), SVP (Global) and senior operating executives across Aquila • Drive product, market/industry and company research that align with internal criteria • Maintain and manage M&A database by adding new targets, taking call notes and logging activities
🎯 Requirements
• No previous experience is required • Drive/intelligence around financial topics (M&A, PE/VC business development, Valuation, Strategy) • Account management and/or direct sales experience are a plus • Fluency in English and Italian • Other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus • Final year students of bachelor’s or master’s degree. Preferably Business Administration, Finance or Economics at Tier 1/2 Universities
