📋 Description

• Produce, review, and maintain various types of documentation: technical, user, manuals, guides, FAQs, tutorial videos, and any other support materials related to our systems and processes. • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content for different audiences (internal and external). • Ensure organization, versioning, and regular updates of materials. • Create and standardize templates, models, and documentation best practices. • Work closely with product, development, and support teams to identify documentation needs. • Develop practical test cases based on requirements and specifications. • Execute functional testing of products (primarily manual tests). • Identify, record, and track inconsistencies, defects, or gaps found during testing. • Generate evidence of tests performed and, when necessary, update the corresponding documentation. • Structure, organize, and keep the company's internal knowledge base up to date (in tools such as Confluence or similar).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with documentation (any format: text, video, manual, etc.) for software systems. • Hands-on experience in functional QA (creation and execution of manual tests). • Clear, well-structured technical writing. • Analytical ability to identify defects and propose improvements. • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence (or similar). • Organized with strong attention to detail.
