📋 Description

• Produce, review, and maintain technical and user documentation, manuals, guides, FAQs, tutorial videos, and support materials • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content for internal and external audiences • Ensure the organization, version control, and regular updating of materials • Create and standardize documentation templates, models, and best practices • Work with Product, Development, and Support teams to identify documentation needs • Develop test cases based on requirements and specifications • Execute functional tests, primarily manual tests • Identify, document, and track inconsistencies, defects, and gaps • Generate test evidence and update the corresponding documentation • Act as a bridge between Development, Product, and Support, ensuring delivery quality • Structure, organize, and maintain the internal knowledge base • Administer access permissions, templates, and governance rules for the knowledge base • Support the dissemination of technical knowledge through support materials and internal training

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating documentation for software systems in any format, including text, video, and manuals • Hands-on experience performing functional QA, including creating and executing manual tests • Clear, well-structured technical writing • Analytical ability to identify defects and propose improvements • Knowledge of tools such as Confluence or similar platforms • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree or associate/technical degree • English proficiency: Level 3 • Contractor engagement under a Brazilian legal-entity (PJ) model
