📋 Description

• Organize, structure, and evolve the corporate Knowledge Base in Confluence. • Create and maintain taxonomies, templates, writing standards, and categorization. • Define and enforce governance, versioning, and update cadence for content. • Ensure consistency, standardization, and navigability of information. • Create, review, and update manuals, policies, procedures, playbooks, FAQs, and internal instructions. • Transform dispersed knowledge into clear, concise, and accessible content. • Create simple diagrams and visual representations when needed. • Track, record, and organize knowledge indicators, update metrics, and adherence to standards. • Support the generation and maintenance of Quality area indicators, delivery status, targets, and objectives. • Ensure documented processes align with internal quality standards. • Partner with teams across the organization to capture critical knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in knowledge management, internal documentation, or quality. • Proficiency with Confluence (spaces, templates, macros, organization). • Familiarity with Jira is a plus. • Experience editing instructional videos is a plus. • Knowledge of UX Writing applied to internal documentation is a plus. • Experience with taxonomy, information architecture, or content standardization. • Excellent technical writing skills, organization, and attention to detail. • Experience with simple mapping tools is desirable (basic BPMN, Draw.io, Whimsical). • Familiarity with metrics, targets, and monitoring information. • Ability to turn complex content into clear, accessible information.
