📋 Description

• Structure and manage the company’s Knowledge Management strategy. • Organize, standardize, and keep the corporate knowledge base up to date. • Define documentation, categorization, and versioning standards. • Create processes for capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge. • Ensure critical information is accessible, up-to-date, and reliable. • Promote a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. • Produce technical and functional documentation. • Develop system and process manuals. • Create quick reference guides, FAQs, and support materials. • Develop operational workflows and diagrams. • Review existing content to ensure clarity and standardization. • Translate technical information into plain language for diverse audiences. • Design learning paths for employees. • Create online training. • Produce video lessons, presentations, and educational content. • Structure onboarding journeys. • Create assessments and mechanisms to track learning progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technologist-degree equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of experience in process or systems documentation • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to structure complex information • Ability to convert technical content into instructional, easy-to-understand materials • Interest in using Artificial Intelligence as a supporting tool for content creation and documentation • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to collaborate with different departments across the company
