📋 Description

• Develop and manage the company’s Knowledge Management strategy • Organize, standardize, and keep the corporate knowledge base up to date • Define documentation, categorization, and version control standards • Create processes for capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge • Ensure that critical information is accessible, current, and reliable • Promote a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across teams • Produce technical and functional documentation, manuals, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and support materials • Develop operational workflows and diagrams • Review and simplify technical content for different audiences • Transform meetings, interviews, and discussions with subject-matter experts into structured documentation • Develop learning paths, online training courses, video lessons, presentations, and educational content • Structure onboarding journeys and create assessments and mechanisms to track learning progress • Write scripts and record or support the production of demonstration videos, training sessions, and presentations • Use Artificial Intelligence to accelerate content production and support the creation of written content, presentations, videos, voiceovers, and educational materials • Develop knowledge bases for intelligent assistants • Design prompts and workflows for AI agents • Organize documents for consumption by AI solutions • Support automation initiatives using Artificial Intelligence • Research and recommend AI tools to increase productivity • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes • Recommend new tools for Knowledge Management • Measure knowledge base usage metrics • Monitor user feedback to continuously improve content

• Excellent written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to structure complex information • Ability to work effectively with different areas of the company • Ability to transform technical content into clear, accessible learning materials • Interest in using Artificial Intelligence as a support tool for content creation and documentation • Experience with process or systems documentation • Analytical and organized mindset • Bachelor’s degree or technologist degree • English (Level 3)
