📋 Description

• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on requirements, user stories, and business rules • Execute functional, exploratory, user acceptance, and validation testing • Validate new features before they are released to production • Identify, document, and track bugs using management tools • Produce clear and comprehensive evidence of executed tests • Validate fixes delivered by the development team • Ensure acceptance criteria are met before delivery • Participate in development ceremonies, contributing a quality-focused perspective • Work closely with Product, Development, and Support teams to continuously improve the software • Identify technical and functional risks before implementation • Suggest improvements to testing and development processes and product quality • Develop test plans and validation strategies • Organize test data • Support Product Managers and Product Owners in defining acceptance criteria • Prioritize QA activities according to the product context and delivery requirements • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal quality-related processes • When necessary, produce functional documentation, update user manuals, create FAQs, document system workflows, organize the knowledge base, and prepare supporting documentation for customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing test scenarios and test cases based on requirements, user stories, and business rules • Experience with functional, exploratory, user acceptance, and validation testing • Knowledge of identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using management tools • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive evidence of executed tests • Ability to validate fixes and acceptance criteria • Ability to identify technical and functional risks • Ability to develop test plans and strategies • Ability to organize test data • Ability to prioritize QA activities in dynamic environments • Strong technical communication skills when working with Product, Development, and Support teams • Curiosity, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to investigate problems • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree or technology degree • English proficiency
