📋 Description

• Provide technical support to company employees • Provide first-level support (Help Desk/Service Desk) • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, software, and peripherals • Assist with access, user, and permission management • Support the monitoring and organization of the IT infrastructure • Log and track technical support tickets • Assist with the maintenance of networks, VPNs, and equipment • Support the IT team with internal improvements and automation initiatives • Provide remote support to employees • Assist with IT asset inventory and tracking activities • Work with technology, data, and strategic solutions focused on the management and recovery of judicial assets

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with AWS — considered a strong plus • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with internal users • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn • Position also open to applicants with disabilities
