📋 Description
• Manage a multifunctional PMC team delivering varied mixed-use, residential, and hotel projects according to Client requirements • Manage key stakeholder interfaces across the Client organisation and government departments • Oversee overall construction management and control • Monitor contractors’ compliance with contractual responsibilities • Monitor construction progress against schedule • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to required quality and Health & Safety standards • Ensure resources meet current and future commitments and maximise opportunities • Provide planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise for complex multidisciplinary projects • Maintain and enhance AtkinsRéalis’ reputation with clients • Develop long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities for the Group • Mobilise people and teams and drive successful project delivery • Build effective working relationships within complex project, client, and internal structures
🎯 Requirements
• Degree qualified with a minimum BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field • Currently working at Director Level • Chartered status required in the initial requirements; later described as preferable • More than 20 years of experience, including 7 years similar to this project/role • Significant experience with high-end hotels, residential, and mixed-use developments • Experience running large, multidisciplinary site teams within KSA • Experience with large-scale construction operations and management of multiple contracts • Highly articulate, with experience reporting and communicating to senior executives • Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, project controls procedures, quality, and Health & Safety • Comfortable with planning, analysis, process management, and commercial considerations • Ability to mobilise people and teams and drive successful delivery • Effective relationship-building within complex project, client, and internal structures
