📋 Description

• Manage a multifunctional PMC team delivering varied mixed-use, residential, and hotel projects according to Client requirements • Manage key stakeholder interfaces across the Client organisation and government departments • Lead overall construction management and control • Monitor contractors’ compliance with contractual responsibilities • Monitor construction progress against schedule • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to required quality standards • Ensure the highest Health & Safety standards are achieved • Ensure resources meet current and future commitments and maximise opportunities • Provide planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise for complex multidisciplinary projects • Maintain and enhance AtkinsRéalis’ reputation with clients • Develop long-term client relationships and identify and develop new opportunities for the Group

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified; minimum BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field • Currently working at Director Level • Chartered status is preferrable • More than 20 years of experience, with 7 years similar to this project/role • Experience with large-scale construction operations and management of multiple contracts • Experience with luxury hotels, residential and mixed-use developments • Highly articulate; experienced in reporting and communication to senior executives • Excellent knowledge of construction techniques and project controls procedures • Knowledge of quality and health & safety requirements • Comfortable with planning, analysis, process management, and commercial considerations • Ability to mobilise people and teams and drive successful delivery • Effective in building working relationships within complex project, client, and internal structures
