📋 Description
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistical aspects of a construction project. • Manage delivery, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. • Organize site access and traffic flow, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Work closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to optimize resource utilization. • Minimize delays and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or Real Estate Development Chartership preferred. • CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, Recognised safety programme (qualified and up to date), First Aid, Lifting Supervisor Certification, Traffic management, Institutional membership. • More than 15 years as a Sitewide Logistics expert in management of complex, matrixed team environments across multiple cultures. • Prior Abu Dhabi projects experience is mandatory (Hospitality, Mixed use, Residential projects). • Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
