📋 Description

• Lead and manage a capable team to deliver high-profile engineering projects involving hydrological & water resource modelling, dam hydraulics, hydraulic structural design, overtopping & stability assessment. • Drive business growth, operational excellence, people development, technical leadership, and project management. • Shape the practice vision, foster innovation and collaboration, and promote a value-based culture aligned with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (relevant to Dam & Reservoir discipline). • Chartered Engineer status preferred. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in dam and reservoir engineering. • Strong knowledge in: Hydro-meteorological studies, Dam hydrology, Hydraulic calculations, Structural calculations, Stability and overtopping analysis, Civil and drainage design. • Familiarity with UK policies, frameworks, dam risk assessments, and environmental legislation. • Proven strategic leadership and project management capabilities. • Advanced technical expertise in dams, reservoirs, and hydraulic structures. • Strong analytical, people management, and mentoring skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in digital transformation and process optimization.
