📋 Description
• Provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.) • Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts • Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting • Create accurate incident tickets • Support Tier 2 escalations
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2+ years IT support or operations • Familiarity with SolarWinds • Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.) • Preferred: ITIL Foundation, Network+
