• Manage incoming phone calls to resolve issues and direct to the appropriate party • Support Property Management team by verifying applicants' documents • Conduct calls/emails as needed to successfully retrieve required information • Update data accurately in company software
🎯 Requirements
• Must be able to manage phone calls and resolve customer issues • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws • Knowledge of Housing Vouchers • Experience with data management software, specifically Appfolio • Proven ability to verify rental and employment information • Exceptional customer service skills
