📋 Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors • Synthesize findings into clear design hypotheses and recurring patterns • Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and interactive prototypes in Figma • Define and evolve UX workflows across multiple personas and devices • Work with Product management and engineering to define product features • Establish the initial design system and core reusable components to support scalable design • Ensure handoff with minimal rework and alignment with technical constraints • Deliver designs that combine usability with polish and emotional resonance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in UX or product design • Bachelor’s degree or 4 year+ education in UX design or equivalent experience • Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end, from discovery through MVP to iterative product versions with live users • Proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining atomic design systems • Strong systems thinking • Experience shipping products that serve multiple user types on the same platform • Experience collaborating directly with engineers in Agile workflows • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
