• Lead the Information Security area strategically, defining guidelines and objectives aligned with the business; • Develop and retain talent within the Security team and manage the Information Security budget; • Define and update Information Security policies, standards, and procedures; • Coordinate ISO, SOC, and other certification processes; • Establish and monitor security KPIs and implement cyber risk management frameworks; • Maintain the business continuity and crisis management program; • Manage IT infrastructure for remote employees; • Define and implement corporate device usage policies; • Oversee procurement and maintenance processes for equipment; • Establish endpoint security controls; • Oversee the DevSecOps strategy, ensuring security is integrated into the development lifecycle; • Define security architecture for cloud and on-premises environments; • Approve implementations of technical controls (SIEM, SOAR, DLP, WAF, etc.); • Coordinate and evaluate results of penetration tests and red team exercises, and coordinate security incident response; • Establish an IAM strategy for all systems and environments; • Define access policies and segregation of duties; • Deliver security presentations to enterprise clients; • Participate in commercial assessments that involve security requirements; • Define cloud security strategy; • Ensure compliance with security requirements in cloud environments; • Oversee the company's Risk and Compliance area; • Define and monitor internal controls; • Conduct periodic enterprise risk assessments.
• Proven experience as a leader/manager in Information Security and Risk Management; • Experience implementing security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls); • Solid knowledge of security architectures, data protection, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies; • Strong expertise in Cloud Security, networking, and infrastructure; • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 are a plus; • Strategic, communicative profile with leadership skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
