📋 Description

• Support the receipt, analysis, and completion of security questionnaires and assessments submitted by current and prospective clients • Gather information from internal teams and support the preparation of responses regarding security controls, processes, and practices • Organize documents and evidence used in client responses, maintaining an up-to-date and reliable information base • Track security-related requests associated with pre-sales processes and contract renewals, helping ensure deadlines are met • Use artificial intelligence tools and AI agents for research, information organization, initial response drafting, and the automation of operational activities, always subject to human review • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of responses by identifying recurring questions and opportunities for knowledge reuse • Collaborate with Information Security, Technology, Sales, Legal, Privacy, and other teams involved in client assessments • Support the preparation, updating, and review of information security policies, standards, and procedures • Assist with evidence collection and document organization for internal and external audits • Contribute to awareness initiatives, security metrics, asset inventories, and information classification

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field • Interest in information security, artificial intelligence, AI agents, and activity automation • Strong written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Ability to research information, collaborate with different teams, and turn technical content into clear, objective responses • Basic knowledge of productivity tools, spreadsheets, and document organization • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively • Introductory courses or knowledge in information security, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ISO 27001, risk management, auditing, or artificial intelligence will be considered an advantage
