📋 Description

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript; • Provide technical leadership to squads, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring engineering best practices; • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle; • Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience; • Guide and mentor team developers, supporting each person's technical and professional growth; • Participate in front-end architectural decisions, proposing efficient and sustainable solutions; • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that promotes quality across the development lifecycle; • Execute validation and verification tests; • Conduct code reviews, support the team with technical challenges, and contribute to a culture of excellence; • Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security; • Continuously learn and introduce innovations that improve the product and development processes; • Document development phases and monitor systems; • Ensure software is kept up to date with the latest technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience in the field; • Familiarity with agile methodologies; • Strong front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript; • Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Router, etc.); • Experience in technical leadership or mentoring development teams; • Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E); • Experience integrating RESTful APIs; • Experience with version control (GIT) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); • Knowledge of best practices for web performance, accessibility, and security; • Experience with cloud (Azure) is a strong plus; • Ownership mindset, autonomy, and proactivity to solve complex problems collaboratively; • Proven ability to lead teams, influence technical decisions, and foster a collaborative environment; • Excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
