📋 Description
• Own day-to-day engineering execution for DX • Lead, grow, and support an organization of managers and senior ICs • Work directly with enterprise customers and internal design partners • Establish core engineering rituals suited to a fast-moving environment • Partner with Product and Design on a roadmap that balances value with long-term investments
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering • 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (Director/Head/VP level) • Experience in SaaS startups • Experience in developer tools, analytics, or AI-driven products • Proven track record of leading distributed engineering organizations (40+ engineers) • Demonstrated ability to set technical vision, drive execution, and deliver results
