📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive adoption of Service Collection in the India market • Define and implement a clear vision for your territory • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Represent Service Collection at industry events and conferences • Work closely with partner management and various partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in business development • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer acquisition targets • Experience in the ITSM / Customer Service Management market • Familiarity with any mainstream service management solutions • Experience working with Indian customers • Ability to work with local SI partners to respond to RFP/RFI • Comfortable making independent decisions driving GTM campaigns • Fluency in English is required • Certified in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory.
