âą Evaluate, optimize, and guide the evolution of Azure environments for managed services customers âą Lead Azure Well-Architected Reviews âą Identify architectural risks and modernization opportunities âą Develop cost optimization recommendations âą Translate customer requirements into practical, well-scoped solutions âą Partner with Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and senior architecture resources âą Improve the reliability, security, operational maturity, and cost efficiency of customer environments âą Contribute to reusable architecture standards, assessment templates, and governance practices âą Help define and validate automation and AI-enabled workflows for architecture assessments
âą 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, consulting, managed services, or related technical roles, including 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience âą Strong understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, and Azure Cost Management âą Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework âą Experience participating in architecture reviews, design reviews, technical governance, or customer-facing architecture engagements âą Ability to translate technical and business requirements into practical Azure-based solutions âą Ability to evaluate architectural risks and tradeoffs and develop solution recommendations, implementation approaches, scope definitions, assumptions, dependencies, and effort estimates âą Experience evaluating cloud environments and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency, operational maturity, reliability, and performance âą Strong written communication, presentation, and documentation skills âą Ability to lead technical discussions and explain architectural recommendations and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical teams âą Ability to work independently and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and architecture teams âą Sound judgment to identify when initiatives exceed managed services scope and require consulting or senior architecture involvement
