📋 Description

• Lead client specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform in cloud native or hybrid environments • Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability • Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories) • Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance • Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with customers • Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices for internal and external use

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role • Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm • Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integrations • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce • Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog • Programming experience in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar); familiarity with Golang is a plus • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, empathetic communication with external stakeholders • A mindset focused on automation, repeatability, and scalable solutions
