📋 Description

• Be a key decision maker in bringing new products to market, working at the intersection of product, UX, and engineering • Work with clients and end-users to define the go-to-market feature set • Design best-in-class solutions to address market needs • Collaborate with engineering to see the deployment through to production • Build a tight feedback loop to understand product performance • Continue to iterate on the design based on data and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Can demonstrate successful outcomes while designing Native mobile apps for iOS & Android that balance a unified style, while still adapting to OS-level best practices • Understanding of the role of motion within the context of a mobile application • Ability to quickly prototype ideas to communicate them clearly to stakeholders • Strong communication skills, and be able to work closely with both technical and non-technical parts in the organization while always increasing clarity and reducing ambiguity • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down the development of products and features into manageable, iterative releases • Ability to act with autonomy and self-direction while working well in a team environment • 5+ years of professional mobile app design experience • Proven track record of delivering responsive, mobile-first web applications • Desirable: The ability to "design in code", bridging gaps between engineering & product • Desirable: Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) • Desirable: Experience with robust design systems • Desirable: Understanding of fintech domain concepts, payment rails, and security best practices • Applicants will be asked about U.S. work authorization and sponsorship in the application form
