📋 Description

• Offer technical support to German-speaking clientele through telephonic communication and electronic correspondence. • Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end-users. • Elevate intricate technical matters to higher-level IT personnel to guarantee expedient resolution. • Record, monitor, and systematically arrange calls and service tickets to adhere to established service level agreements. • Ensure exceptional levels of customer contentment by rendering swift and competent service.

🎯 Requirements

• German – B2 minimum • English – B2 minimum • Availability for night shifts • Attention to detail and multitasking ability • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
