📋 Description
• Responsible for the continual performance improvement of the business-critical Operational Applications. • Improving monitoring and management of operational systems to reduce disruptions to the customer’s service. • Developing a Strategic Asset Management Plan for the OT Applications and Infrastructure. • Authorising developments in current OT infrastructure. • Completing Operational Acceptance Testing for business-critical OT Applications. • Providing a development environment for ensuring that the RTS Technical Engineers have sufficient technical and application knowledge. • Maintaining technical and procedural expertise for Platinum, Gold and Silver level OT Applications. • Mentoring RTS Technical Engineers and resolving serious Operational Application issues in line with Service Level Agreements.
🎯 Requirements
• Operations, configuration and support experience of GE Vernova PowerOn Advantage ADMS. • Good years of Project experience of the following: • PowerOn Mobile • PowerOn upgrades • PowerOn Outage Management System (OMS) integration
