📋 Description

• Prepare content for proposals in national and international tenders as the responsible SAP Lead for an end-to-end solution focused on the SAP healthcare market • Lead and coordinate functional and technical SAP architects and experts during proposals, presentations, and workshops • Develop customer-specific project plans based on SAP Activate • Take responsibility for the solution in line with customer requirements and develop innovative roadmap scenarios • Develop the proposal strategy (win strategy) together with the SAP Practice, Account, and Sales teams • Translate customer-specific requirements into a high-level solution design, taking industry-specific SAP components into account • Coordinate proposal costing and develop and/or validate effort estimates • Coach and provide functional leadership to the Atos team in strategy and implementation projects for healthcare customers • Deliver presentations and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the SAP environment, including SAP pre-sales, bid management, project leadership, or responsibility for implementation areas • Experience as a consultant or project manager on at least two full S/4HANA migration or conversion projects • Experience in the healthcare sector, e.g., health insurance providers, hospitals, or medical care centers (MVZ) • Knowledge of SAP IS-H, patient management, case management, and the integration of clinical subsystems is an advantage • Proven experience presenting and positioning SAP solutions to decision-makers and C-level stakeholders • Experience managing customer and partner relationships • Fluency in German and English • Experience working on international projects and collaborating with nearshore and offshore teams • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical and organizational skills, commitment to quality, and a strong customer- and solution-oriented approach
