• As a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will play a strategic role in building key client relationships, delivering complex transformation programs, and expanding our business. • You will work closely with senior executives to define and implement transformation strategies, including cloud migrations, technology modernization, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives. • This role combines strategic consulting, business development, and technical leadership. A major part of your responsibilities is consultative selling: identifying business challenges, developing compelling value propositions, and converting opportunities into successful client engagements. • With your understanding of enterprise software delivery, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and modern engineering practices, you will help clients accelerate their transformation while growing Valiantys’ presence within strategic accounts. • You will report to the Transformation Consulting Director. • You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including Directors, VPs and C-level leaders. • You will understand clients’ business objectives, technology landscapes, and transformation priorities. • You will lead and support consulting teams in the successful delivery of complex, multi-stage transformation programs. • You will deliver measurable business outcomes in areas such as cloud migration, platform modernization, and enterprise toolchain transformation. • You will maintain high customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to deepen long-term partnerships. • You will advise clients on improving their software delivery, leveraging your strong understanding of the SDLC, Developer Experience (DevEx), agile delivery, DevOps and modern engineering practices. • You will work closely with sales teams across the entire sales lifecycle, from qualification and executive discovery through proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services or enterprise transformation. • Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration or technology modernization programs. • Demonstrable experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build business cases and convert advisory engagements into revenue. • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms such as Atlassian Cloud and AWS, DevOps toolchains, as well as ITSM and PPM disciplines. • Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, Developer Experience and modern software engineering practices. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI and AI-assisted software development, and the ability to explain their business value and practical enterprise applications. • Excellent executive stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Proven track record in managing and expanding strategic customer accounts. • Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation and workshop skills. • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Fluent in German and English.
