📋 Description

• Provide SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and maintenance • Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, taxation, and credit management • Configure and support SAP SD and MM modules while ensuring integration with financial processes • Troubleshoot production issues and drive effective resolutions • Support Vertex O-Series tax solutions, tax configurations, and integrations • Manage PISA tickets, monitor issues, and support service delivery performance • Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures • Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations • Support integration activities related to acquisitions, mergers, and organizational changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve SAP processes • Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA • Strong SAP FI/CO configuration and support experience • Experience with AR, AP, and Procurement • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes • PISA ticket management and incident resolution experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Collaboration and teamwork • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience with SAP SD and MM integration points • Experience with tax configurations and Vertex O-Series • Experience with banking integrations and compliance processes • Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects • SAP certifications in FI/CO or S/4HANA • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices
