📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of SAP PEO solutions across engineering and manufacturing environments. • Facilitate fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops for PEO and QM processes. • Configure and optimise SAP QM processes including inspections, quality notifications, and compliance reporting. • Ensure integration of PEO with PM/EAM, MM, PP, and SD modules. • Support full lifecycle delivery including design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare. • Drive UAT support, defect resolution, and process optimisation. • Provide stakeholder engagement, training, and change support.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive SAP experience across implementation and support programmes. • Proven experience in SAP PEO or similar manufacturing solutions. • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM). • Experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes. • Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, defence, or engineering). • Experience in full lifecycle delivery including testing and deployment. • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or related discipline. • SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable.
