📋 Description

• Architect and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. • Lead technical design sessions, create detailed architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices. • Define and implement integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems. • Oversee ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching, and performance optimization for scalability and reliability. • Develop and enforce coding standards, data models, and CMDB design aligned with CSDM and ITIL guidelines. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmap planning. • Manage and mentor development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure quality delivery of custom applications. • Implement security and compliance measures within ServiceNow architecture, including role-based access and audit controls. • Drive automation initiatives leveraging Flow Designer, Orchestration, and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines. • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and innovations; assess new features for adoption and business impact. • Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance models for enterprise implementations. • Engage in pre-sales activities, provide technical thought leadership, and support client workshops and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration • Understanding of strategic IT solutions • Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) • Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java) • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL) • Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. VMware) • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving aptitude • Organizational and leadership skills • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
