📋 Description

• Define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture • Partner with customers to understand business and technical requirements • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards • Demonstrate understanding of application development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks • Deliver customer-facing and consultative engagement • Lead solution design, development support, testing strategies, proof of concepts, and migration planning • Design and architect scalable distributed, on-premises, and cloud-based services and applications integrating across multiple technologies • Lead implementation of architectural designs while managing expectations, risks, governance, and best-practice adherence • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and solve complex challenges and present solution options and technical concepts • Develop technical solution plans, estimations, and optimized delivery approaches • Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams on governance, compliance, and architectural alignment • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and provide effort estimations • Define, develop, and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns • Identify emerging and disruptive technologies that deliver measurable business value • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams • Support digital transformation initiatives, including technology and application rationalization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • 8–10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on application hosting, solution architecture, and design • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience, including solution design and platform architecture • Proven experience delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex business challenges • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX • Extensive experience designing and supporting third-party ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server, and related integration technologies • Demonstrated knowledge of LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL, and other security and infrastructure technologies • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance delivery environment • Required and preferred certifications include ITIL v2 or ITIL v3 Foundations, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery Implementation Specialist, CMDB, ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM • Preferred certifications: HRSD, CAD, VR, SO, IRM, GRC, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications
