• Shaping the future of leadership and organizational development within a global team • Taking responsibility for project-based tasks with a high degree of independence • Involvement in global projects, e.g., product launches, marketing, and business modeling • Contributing to the development and management of products and materials for trainings and workshops • Analyzing and supporting the implementation of relevant projects, including marketing and communications
• German language skills at C1/C2 level (written and spoken) • Business-fluent English (written and spoken) • Enrolled in a bachelor’s, or ideally a master’s, degree program in Occupational/Work Psychology, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study • Strong interest in working in a global team focused on product management of services in leadership development, leadership assessment, and/or talent management • High level of motivation and commitment • Independent and structured working style with a readiness to take responsibility • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience in research and conceptual work is an advantage
• Multinational, intercultural working environment with English as the company language • Full responsibility for project-related tasks combined with a high degree of autonomy • Immediate involvement in global projects from day one, e.g., product launches, marketing, and business modeling • Participation in the development, standardization, and management of products such as transformation journeys, workshops, trainings, assessments, or development centers • Insight into the development and implementation of product-related materials (e.g., case studies, role-plays, observation materials, trainer manuals, psychological tests) • Monthly compensation and paid vacation days
