📋 Description

• En Atrato somos una startup fintech enfocada en brindar herramientas financieras para comercios y consumidores finales con las cuales podamos hacer más accesibles productos y servicios para las personas de Latinoamérica. • Hoy tenemos 2 productos principales: Atrato Pago (financiamiento para comercios) y Atrato Cash (crédito personal para clientes). • We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and who's passionate about building things that scale for fintech. • Design and develop web applications and new features. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and TypeScript. • Develop and maintain back-end systems using MySQL. • Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces. • Deliver features that impact thousands of users and internal operations. • Implement automated testing to ensure scalability and quality. • Drive improvements in technical implementations and best practices across the team. • Cumplimiento de Políticas y Normativas: El candidato se compromete a cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la información establecidos por la empresa.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development. • Proven experience leading high-impact projects and teams. • Strong experience with MySQL, Express, React, Node.js (or similar web application stacks). • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks, especially React with TypeScript. • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js with TypeScript. • Solid understanding of database technologies and ORMs (MySQL, TypeORM). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
