📋 Description

• Install, start up, maintain, and repair IWK equipment on-site, with full documentation • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; provide detailed service reports and corrective actions • Optimize equipment performance through fine-tuning and process adjustments • Collaborate with engineering teams to share field data and drive product improvements • Serve as the primary technical representative, maintaining professional communication and customer relationships • Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and recommend solutions • Train customers on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting • Plan and execute daily work schedules efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Factory Automation, or related field preferred • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical environments, ideally with automated or packaging equipment • Proven expertise in servicing automated equipment (mechanical, electrical, controls) • Experience with Schneider Electric control systems and function block programming is highly desirable • Basic understanding of PLC logic and HMI interfaces • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic diagrams • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, NetSupport Manager) • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
